Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for supporting and shopping at Leenie Rae. However, as a small business, we only offer store credit in the form of a gift card and exchanges.

All eyewear, beauty products, belts, intimate apparel, jewelry, handbags, and sale/promotional items are FINAL, and are not eligible to be returned and/or exchanged. If merchandise is returned without authorization, return will not be processed, and customer will be responsible for the return postage cost. 

All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving it, items must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, and with original merchandise tags still attached. Any indication of wear, use, and/or damage, item(s) cannot be returned and will not be accepted.

Online Purchase Returns

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refund amount will only be issued for the cost of the returned merchandise in the form of a gift card, excluding shipping charges. If an correct item is sent, Leenie Rae will provide a return shipping label.

Online Return Process

Please send email to arlene@leenieraeboutique.com and in the Subject Area write "[order number] RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Write a short description for reason for return.

In-store Purchase Returns

Leenie Rae aims for customer satisfaction, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return merchandise within 7 days for store credit or exchange. Store credit will only be issued in the form of a gift card.  We DO NOT accept returns beyond the 7th day.


LEENIE RAE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Tracking information is sent to customer, please keep a close watch for delivery.
